Keep refrigerated or frozen thaw in refrigerator or microwave keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards utensils and hands after touching raw meat or poultry cook thoroughly keep hot foods hot refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard. Cooking Instructions: To Pan Fry: Place slices of bacon in a cold skillet. Cook over low-sodium heat to desired crispness, turning frequently. When done, drain bacon on paper towel. To Broil: Preheat broiler 10 minutes. Place separated bacon slices on broiler rack or pan 4 inches below heat, broil 3 to 4 minutes on each side. To Bake: Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Separate slices and place on a shallow pan or rack 15-20 minutes. No turning or draining necessary. For best results, Do not overcook. Keep refrigerated.
